�This course is designed to provide Florida contractors with an understanding of the purpose and process of creating and utilizing a business plan to establish a foundation and focus for success.�� The course illustrates how to align business activities with stated goals, examines methods of putting goals into action, and explores the role of vision and mission statements in the decision-making process, particularly during times of legal, financial, or other business difficulties.
