This course is designed to introduce Florida contractors to Florida Statutes governing the licensing process, qualifications for practice, qualifying agents, record keeping, prohibitions, penalties, and disciplinary proceedings. It is an overview of the rules and regulations that must be adhered to in order to get, upgrade, or obtain addtional licenses and how to keep your license in good standing in the State of Florida.
