This course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the purpose and process of creating and utilizing a business plan to establish a foundation and focus for success.   The course illustrates how to align business activities with stated goals, examines methods of putting goals into action, and explores the role of vision and mission statements in the decision-making process, particularly during times of legal, financial, or other business difficulties.
