This course is designed to provide professional engineers with a thorough understanding of compressed air systems and how to increase efficiency and decrease wasted energy within the industry it is being used for. This course follows the Department of Energy booklet Improving Compressed Air System Performance. Part 1 of this course details how compressed air systems operate; when they should be used; different types of compressors and how to fix any potential problems; etc.
