This course is designed to provide Construction Professionals with a thorough understanding of compressed air systems and how to increase efficiency and decrease wasted energy within the industry it is being used for. This course follows the Department of Energy�s booklet �Improving Compressed Air System Performance�. Part 1 of this course details how compressed air systems operate; when they should be used; different types of compressors and how to fix any potential problems; understanding air system performance, including analyzing needs, controlling pressure and performance and how to properly store systems.
